What information do you collect from candidates?
We collect information that candidates voluntarily provide during the recruiting process. This may include contact information, resume details, employment history, education, skills, certifications, work authorization status, compensation expectations, and responses provided during our qualification process.
We only collect information that is relevant to evaluating employment opportunities and supporting the application process.
How is candidate information used and where does it go?
We use candidate information to evaluate qualifications, match candidates with relevant opportunities, communicate about job openings, and submit applications on a candidate’s behalf when authorized.
Candidate information may be shared with prospective employers, applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, and service providers that support the hiring process. We only share information that is necessary for recruiting purposes and only after obtaining the candidate’s consent where required.
We do not sell candidate data to third parties.
- How do we handle candidate data?
We process candidate information solely for recruiting and hiring purposes. Candidate data is collected, stored, transmitted, and shared only as necessary to support sourcing, qualification, and application submission activities. Access to candidate information is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers involved in the recruiting process. We use technology and operational controls designed to protect candidate information and maintain data integrity throughout the hiring workflow.

Do you sell candidate data or use it for advertising?
No. We do not sell candidate data. Candidate information is used exclusively for recruiting, hiring, and related operational purposes. We do not share candidate information with unrelated third parties for marketing, advertising, or data brokerage purposes. Candidate information is only shared with employers, ATS platforms, recruiting systems, or service providers directly involved in the hiring process.
How do we collect candidate consent before submitting applications?
We collect explicit candidate consent before submitting any application on a candidate’s behalf. As part of our qualification process, candidates review the role details, confirm their interest, provide the information required for the application, and authorize On Time Hire to submit the application for that specific opportunity.
We do not submit applications without candidate approval. We do not auto-generate candidate responses, fabricate information, or apply to roles without the candidate’s knowledge. Each submission is tied to candidate-provided information and candidate authorization.
This ensures that every application we submit reflects a real candidate, real interest in the role, and verified permission to move forward.
