Is On Time Hire the employer?
No. On Time Hire is a talent sourcing and candidate qualification partner, not the employer.
We help employers identify, engage, qualify, and submit candidates for job opportunities. Hiring decisions, interview decisions, compensation decisions, and employment offers are made by the employer or its authorized recruiting partners—not by On Time Hire.
As part of the recruiting process, candidate information may be shared with employers, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruiting partners involved in evaluating candidates for employment opportunities.
What information do you collect from candidates?
We collect information that candidates voluntarily provide during the recruiting process. This may include contact information, resume details, employment history, education, skills, certifications, work authorization status, compensation expectations, and responses provided during our qualification process.
We only collect information that is relevant to evaluating employment opportunities and supporting the application process.
How is candidate information used and where does it go?
We use candidate information to evaluate qualifications, match candidates with relevant opportunities, communicate about job openings, and submit applications on a candidate’s behalf when authorized.
Candidate information may be shared with prospective employers, applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, and service providers that support the hiring process. We only share information that is necessary for recruiting purposes and only after obtaining the candidate’s consent where required.
Do you sell candidate data?
We do not sell candidate data to third parties.
What rights do candidates have regarding their personal data?
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
Request access to the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
Request deletion of your information, subject to legal or contractual requirements
Withdraw previously provided consent
Request information about how your data is being used and shared
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information provided on this website. We will respond to requests in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
How do you support privacy rights under GDPR, CCPA, and similar privacy laws?
We are committed to respecting applicable privacy and data protection laws. Depending on your location and the laws that apply to your information, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your data, withdraw consent, or obtain information about how your data is used and shared.
We evaluate and respond to privacy requests in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Candidates may contact us at any time regarding questions about their personal information or to exercise available privacy rights.
What is On Time Hire's Equal Opportunity and Anti-Discrimination Policy?
On Time Hire is committed to equal opportunity and fair treatment throughout the sourcing and qualification process. We do not discriminate against candidates on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
Our qualification process is designed to evaluate candidates based on job-related qualifications, skills, experience, and role requirements. We believe recruiting decisions should be guided by objective, job-relevant criteria.
As a talent sourcing and qualification partner, we support our clients’ equal employment opportunity objectives and strive to conduct our recruiting activities in a manner consistent with applicable Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws and regulations. Final hiring decisions are made by the employer.
